The Apple Tree

I came across this idea for a painting while on the walking trail near my studio. Fall is a great time in our area as apples ripen on trees that have grown along side the trails which were once railway lines. It is said the trees originate from people throwing apple cores away while riding the train. There is a hidden guest in the picture who enjoy the fruits at that time of year. This is a 5"x 7" watercolour painting is double mounted in an 8"x 10" mat, so ready for framing.
