Returns / Refunds
There are two situations related to returns, exchanges and refunds, which are based on whether the production was purchased out of the Studio or from Print-on-Demand.
Should you have a reason to request an exchange, return or refund you have 30 days from time of purchase to contact us to make your request.
To start the proccess message me at email@example.com, telling me your problem, or situation, so that we can find a solution to the problem. Your order number needs to accompany your request. If damages are being reported, then photos of the damage would be helpful.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, the purchase is considered final.
If a return or exchange is requested, your item must be mailed to: PO Box 1625 Lunenburg, Nova Scotia B0J 2C0. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds if applicable and approved, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-2 business days. of the approval.
Should you have an issue with a purchase that was a print-on-demand item, they have a quality guarantee. I am the person who talk with the Print-on-Demand company. So I need you to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase, with your order number and reason. I have a 30 day window to inform Gelato of you issue; such as missing product, poor quality, etc. Gelato does not support returns as orders are personalized and made specific for each order. They will work with us to find a solution that works for you. This could be a complimentary or replacement orders. If that is not a solution a refund will be issued.
Beyond 30 days since you made your purchase, the purchase is considered final.
