The Houses

This scene grabbed my attention one morning as I was walking through my neighbourhood. Once I started the painting, I was surprised at how much was going on in the work. Textures of bark, lichen, light and shading to go along with all the objects.
This is a 8”x 8” watercolour painting mounted in an 12”x 12” black frame, so it is ready to hang.
